1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Stride Auto. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "user") and Littlesparks Logistics LLC d/b/a Stride Auto ("Stride Auto," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our website at strideauto.com (the "Site"), joining our waitlist, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Site or our services.

2. Description of Service

2.1 Current Services

Stride Auto currently operates a waitlist for an upcoming vehicle financing program for rideshare and gig economy drivers. Current services include:

• Waitlist registration
• Email and SMS communications
• Educational content about vehicle financing
• Updates on our launch timeline

2.2 Future Services

Upon launch, Stride Auto intends to offer:

• Vehicle financing programs with weekly payments
• Vehicle sales to qualified applicants
• Credit reporting services
• Vehicle maintenance partnerships
• Insurance partnerships
• Related financial services

Joining the waitlist does NOT guarantee approval or access to future services.

2.3 No Binding Commitment

Joining the waitlist is NOT:

• An application for financing
• A guarantee of approval
• A reservation of a specific vehicle
• A binding contract to purchase or finance a vehicle
• A commitment on our part to provide services

3. Eligibility

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old.
• Geographic Restrictions: Services are intended for U.S. users only.
• Capacity to Contract: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

4. Waitlist Registration

4.1 Information Accuracy

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Update your information if it changes
• Do not impersonate others or submit false information

We may reject or remove registrations that contain false or misleading information.

4.2 No Guarantee of Service

Joining the waitlist does NOT guarantee:

• Service launch in your area
• Approval for financing
• Specific vehicles
• Pricing, terms, or conditions
• Any specific launch time

4.3 Waitlist Position

Waitlist numbers or positions are informational and do not create legal obligations.

4.4 Communication

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive:

• Email communications about Stride Auto
• SMS/text messages (if opted in)
• Updates about our launch and services
• Marketing and promotional materials

You may opt out at any time.

5. User Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with the Site
• Use automated systems to access the Site
• Transmit viruses or malware
• Submit false or fraudulent information
• Spam or harass
• Violate any laws or regulations

5.2 Account Security

If you receive account credentials:

• Maintain confidentiality of credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use
• We are not liable for security failures

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, software, and the "Stride Auto" name are property of Littlesparks Logistics LLC and protected by law.

6.2 Limited License

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may NOT:

• Copy or distribute content without permission
• Modify or reverse engineer the Site
• Use trademarks without authorization
• Frame or mirror any part of the Site
• Use the Site commercially without authorization

6.3 User Submissions

By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

• We are not responsible for third-party content or practices
• Third-party providers may collect information per our Privacy Policy

8. Disclaimers and Warranties

• Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties
• Content is informational and not financial or legal advice
• No guarantee of financing approval or specific outcomes

9. Limitation of Liability

Stride Auto is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is $100 or the amount paid in the last 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Stride Auto for claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Informal resolution: Contact hello@strideauto.co first
• Binding arbitration through AAA (with exceptions)
• Class action waiver applies
• Opt-out of arbitration within 30 days by written notice

12. Modifications to Terms

• We may modify Terms at any time and update the "Last Updated" date
• Continuing use after changes = acceptance
• If you disagree, stop using the Site and request deletion of information

13. Termination

• We may terminate access for violations or at our discretion
• Upon termination, access ceases and data may be deleted
• You may terminate your use at any time

14. Privacy and Data Protection

Use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy. You consent to collection, transfer, and communications as described there.

15. Electronic Communications

• Consent to electronic communications (email, SMS, notices)
• SMS: message/data rates may apply, opt-out anytime

16. General Provisions

• Entire agreement, severability, waiver, assignment, no agency
• Force majeure applies
• Notices to be sent to hello@strideauto.co
• Export control compliance required

17. Specific Service Terms

• Future financing services will have separate agreements
• Pricing, availability, and terms are estimates until binding agreements
• You acknowledge not relying on any representations outside these Terms
